60S Schwinn Stingray Musclebike Not KratefastbackThis is a no reserve auction for a 1960's schwinn stingray. I am told it is from the 60's because the serial number is on the back dropout. The frame and fork appear ot be original paint and decals. The rism say schwinn tubular s7 with a bendix single speed rear hub. The back tire says schwnin gripper slick made in usa. I am told the seat si not original but rather a solo polo type. The epdal ends say schwinn. hTe grips are white and say schwinn also. I am not very knowledgeable about these types of bikes but i will answer any questions the best that i can. The bike rides great and rims are very true. Do not use shipping calculator, winning bidder will pay exact shipping cost and will be determined at end of auction. Thansk for looking. Item is being sold as-is. Thankson aug-19-08 at 104838 pdt, seller added the following informationi have recieved an ubundance of questions about the serial number on teh crank and if the handlebars are stamped schwinn. I carefully removed the crank and it is satmped as-1-63. The handlebars have schwinn stamped in the center of bars between knurled areas. I have pictures but unfortunately i can't figure out how to add more pics to my listing. Please contact me and i will be more than happy to send pics.
